  • Select Virtual or In-Person (if in-person is outside Nashville, we'll contact you about travel fees)

  • Choose your preferred date and time

  • Complete payment to secure your booking

  • Receive confirmation email with session details and preparation instructions

  • Get reminder 24 hours before your appointment

Booking Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once

  • No-shows are non-refundable

We understand plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

TRAVEL FEE POLICY

​

  • Nashville metro area: No additional travel fee

  • Outside Nashville: Travel fees apply based on distance and logistics

  • Travel fees cover transportation, time, and any overnight accommodation if needed

  • Travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon during booking consultation before final payment

  • For destination events or out-of-state bookings, custom quotes provided
